1-arm Clean and Press 20x 25 DB (alternate arm each cycle)
Decline Pushups x 25
Tripod Rows 20x 25 lb (alt. ea. cycle, opp arm of press)
Split Stance Side Swings w/ 15 lb DB (alternate ea. cycle, same arm as press)
Balance Hammer Curls 2/ 25lb (opp. leg as forward leg of split stance)
Wrist Curls (scale weight to 20-30 reps)
Abs x 100 (Cycle 1 -Half-bicycles, 2-Toe Touches, 3-crunches, 4-side crunches)
